Vehicle may have been drive over lawn, causing bumps
Q: My yard this year is like walking on a cobblestone road, although I have a nice growth of grass. The bumps are not like tunnels moles make; they are solid, not soft. What could have caused this? It covers the majority of my back yard and none in front yard.

High-nitrogen fertilizer, strawberries don't mix
Wow, the questions keep pouring in. Several were about blown patches or spots appearing on the leaves of ivy geranium (properly ivy pelargonium). These eventually cause the leaf to disintegrate and, obviously, die. The problem spreads to other leaves and eventually to stems.
